Ciacco is one of the damned which Dante must punish or absolve for "The Damned" achievement/trophy. He is encountered in the circle of Gluttony.

Description Edit

An anonymous citizen of Florence, Ciacco spent his life gorging his appetites and now spends eternity in muddy depths of the third circle of Hell.

  • Ciacco appears in the animated film, residing within Cerebus's innards. He claims to have known Dante in life, though Dante doesn't seem to remember him. Nonetheless, Dante is moved by his pleas and absolves him. He is only one of three souls that Dante absolves, the others being his mother and Beatrice.
  • In The Inferno, as Dante travels through the third circle of Hell, Ciacco addresses him, and the two have a lengthy conversation.
  • He is voiced by Giancarlo Cicconi.
